1. What items do you accept?

We accept gently used clothing that is clean and in good condition. This includes everyday wear, jackets, and seasonal clothing suitable for donation.

2. What items do you not accept?

We do not accept clothing that is wet, heavily stained, moldy, or damaged beyond use.

3. Is the pickup really free?

Yes, our pickup service is completely free. There are no hidden fees.

4. Do I need to be home during the pickup?

No. Simply leave your bags outside on your front porch or designated area. We’ll handle the rest.

6. Can I choose a specific pickup time?

No. Pickups are scheduled by day and area. You select a day, and we handle the routing.

7. What areas do you serve in Ottawa?

We currently service select areas of Ottawa, including Kanata, Nepean, and Downtown. Check our pickup schedule for your area.

8. When will my items be picked up?

Pickups are completed on the day you select. Please have your items ready and outside by the morning.

10. Where do the clothes go after pickup?

Clothing is sorted and delivered to local Ottawa charities. Items that cannot be donated are responsibly recycled.

11. Do you resell the clothing?

No. Usable items are donated to local charities. Our goal is to support the community and reduce landfill waste.

12. How should I prepare my items?

Place your clothing in sealed bags or boxes. Make sure everything is clean and dry.

13. Is there a limit to how many bags I can leave?

There is no strict limit, but we recommend noting larger pickups in the booking form so we can plan accordingly.

14. Can I donate items other than clothing?

At this time, we are only accepting clothing. We may expand to other items in the future.

15. What happens if I need to change or cancel my pickup?

You can update or cancel your booking through the confirmation email
